Recipe for Karen’s Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
3 cups-whipped sweet potatoes (approx. 2 cans)2 eggs
1 stick soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
ON the TOP ADD:
1/2 cup Flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)

Whip potatoes until fluffy. put into greased casserole panBake 350 for 30-45min
